$10 fee - will be applied to your student’s myDSD account for each completed request. No fee will be charged if a change cannot be made or if it is due to a school scheduling error. Approved changes will appear in myDSD immediately, so please check your account regularly.

Requests are completed in the order they are received and are not guaranteed. If we cannot complete your request or need more information, a counselor will contact you. 

Please only submit this form once. Sending multiple requests will not speed up the process.

You can view course options on our counseling website. Please keep in mind that changing one class may also change other class periods or teachers. MATS teachers are assigned by a computer, so we aren’t able to make changes to MATS teachers. Thank you for understanding!
